How does a special day of your very own sound? Middle Child’s Day, on August 12th, is all about celebrating YOU!
Middle children, this is your day to reign the spotlight. If you are one of an extended family of three or more children, get together with your fellow “middles” and celebrate your shared bond together. Take a group selfie and post it online to remind “middles” of all ages that today is all about them.
Parents of middle children should give them one-on-one quality time. An outing of their choice would be most appropriate. Get to know the individuals they are becoming and remind them just how special they are – no matter where their birthdays sit on the family’s totem pole.
A perfect ending to Middle Child’s Day would be the recitation of “The Three Bears”. Goldilocks was right in her words of wisdom. When presented with choices, the middle is always just right.
