The first Friday in March looms near. Employers are giving thought to a day of dictated fun, for their charges, in the name of Employee Appreciation Day.
Well, listen up!
Forget about the free lunch. We don’t want to be forced to sit around a table together, pretending there’s no place else we would rather be, stealing glances at the clocks on our cell phones, awaiting our moment to flee.
Why not give your employees something they will really appreciate?
Instead of the rah-rah-cheerleading, or the free lunch, or the silly games, give us a paid day off. Now that’s what I’m talking about. Indulge us with something that really shows your appreciation.
A bonus check or an extra paid day off is the Employee-Appreciation-Day token that will make us feel truly appreciated which just might, in turn, make you an appreciated employer.
After all, Boss’ Day is just seven months away.
